delivery

please refer to the specific products page where you will find shipping time estimations for some products. we will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. we encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery. we send all orders tracked. we do not accept liability for unsuccessful deliveries that are returned back to us.

returns and exchanges

if there is a defect or a problem with your order, or if it's just not what you were expecting, please follow the instructions in our return's portal to arrange a return or exchange. during the holiday period any orders made between 28/11/2024-25/12/2024 will be subject to an extended return and the portal will be active for your order 30 days after you’ve received the item. you then have another 7 days to use the return slip. please return the item in its original packaging and unworn or the return will not be accepted. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries. we are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. any damage or spoiling will lead to the item being sent back to you.

please note that we are not liable to refund local custom taxes and duties. in the case of a return for refund, we recommend claiming your tax refund with your local authorities.

order changes and cancellations

unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders after the order has been placed, as orders are processed to be shipped immediately. for any further information, contact customerservice@picante.shop to be assisted.

orders being sent to countries within the eu will be shipped on a ddu (delivery duty unpaid) basis. if necessary, you will be required to pay the fees to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully delivered. you should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the carrier.
