This year we’re bringing back our biggest restock to date, with returning favourites, mid-season pieces and winter staples dropping through early access first.

How do I get access?

There are three ways to get early access:

Are restocks only available in early access?

No - restocks aren’t exclusive to early access... But they will move quickly. If there’s something you’ve been waiting for, you’ll want to be on site the moment your tier opens.

How big will the discounts be?

30% off absolutely everything, sitewide.

Will I need a discount code?

The discount will apply automatically at checkout for all customers. If for any reason this doesn’t show in your checkout you can use BF30 for 30% off.

Will I need a password or code?

Yes - early access windows (EIP, VIP, Members) will require a password to access the site, this will be sent via email, SMS or instagram DMs at the allocated time. On Thursday, for General Release, the site will be fully open to the public.

Can I return items placed during the black friday event?

Yes, our usual returns policy still applies, so all orders can be returned within a 14-day window from the date of delivery. The 30% discount can't be used outside of the black friday period, however exchanges are fine.

Are there duties or fees on international orders?

US: No - all orders are shipped duties paid (DDP)
EU: No - all orders are shipped duties paid (DDP)
ROW: No - all orders are shipped duties paid (DDP)

No hidden costs if you’re ordering from outside the UK.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the volume of orders during Black Friday, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

What should I do to prepare?

Based on last black friday’s traffic, this will be a very busy launch. The best pieces won’t stick around - early access is the safest way to secure what you’re after. We recommend:

• Signing up to Email + SMS for Member access.
• DMing us on instagram, ‘VIP’ to join the VIP list.
• Being on-site before your window opens.
• Loading up your cart in advance.
• Turning on post notifications on Instagram for all updates
